Dosage Directions Adults: The daily intake of Fulvic Mineral is normally is one fluid once, taken one to two times daily. Also, a reduced dosage is considered if other health problems exist. The dosage is 1/2 to allow the body to detoxify slowly.

Fulvic mineral complex can be taken straight from the bottle or mixed with water, juice or food.
